360LeadHERship Training and Development Limited provides professional development services specifically designed to develop leadership skills, enhance professional confidence, and increase workplace impact .

For members, clients and business contacts:

- Professional information: job title, company name, and work-related details including career history and qualifications

- Event/coaching data: profile pictures, images, screenshots, photographs and/or videos, notes or recordings from events, podcasting, guest experts, presentations, coaching or training sessions
- Other: any information provided to us to enable us to provide our services to you
For job applicants:

For website users:

We do not collect special categories of personal data (such as health, religious beliefs, or political opinions) unless specifically required for our services to you and/or voluntarily disclosed by you.
Children’s data
Our website is for users 18 years + only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If under 18, do not use this site, register, make purchases, or provide any personal information. If we discover we’ve collected a minor’s information without parental consent, we will delete it. Data sharing

For example, these business partners may include our event organisers, professional bodies including the ICF and CPD, expert guests, web hosting providers, financial and legal advisors.
